This window provides the ability to add hours type code that can be assigned to an employee and is shown on the Leave History screen.

ClosedCode

This is a two-character code that represents hours type.

ClosedDescription

This is a description of the hours type with a maximum of 20 characters.

ClosedShort Description

This is an eight-character short description that would identify the hours type code.

ClosedClassification

This classifies the type of leave.

ClosedAccrual Classification Type

This refers to the leave classification code identifying the type of leave.
